1. What is ProviderSearch?
Provider Search was developed to assist families in their search for quality provders and information. All to often parents are left with out a starting place, without a network of support and without any answers to the multitude of questions that arise when a diagnonsis is given. We offer that place, to find answers and available providers.

2. How do I use ProviderSearch?
Simply select the service, enter your zip code and click search. Easy as that. You can also create an account and have the ability to ask questions to local professionals.

3. How do I setup an account?
Setting up an account is easy. Simply select the green tab labeled "create account" on the top of the home page. If you are a family you can login using facebook or create an account on the left side of the screen.. If you are a provider click the "Get Started" button in the gray box.

4. What if I don't find what I am looking for?
We are currently developing a process that would enable you to submit a request for services, that should be finished in the spring of 2012. I would encourage you in the mean time to contact us and submit requests via email.

5. Where does your information come from?
The majority of our basic listing information is made available to the public through the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services. CMS has set restriction on what information can be dispalyed to the public. We are only allowed to display the stated business address and phone number of these professionals. 

6. How do I edit my listing information?
You can claim your listing by clicking "Are you this Provider?"  This will require approve from PS supoort before editing is allowed. You can also email support [at] providersearch.com and asked to have your information edited or removed.

7. Is there a cost for this service?
Provider Search offers many services to parents, ALL of which are FREE to parents and always will be. We do charge a minimal fee to providers that wish to enhance and feature there listings and content with us. We also provide free listings for providers as well.
