Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)  
On Angel’s Wings, Inc. offers Attendant Care, Habilitation and Respite services in the family home or community for all ages and abilities. We start by meeting with you to find out how we can provide the best care for you or your loved one. We will match you with a trained provider that meets your needs or hire an eligible friend/family member of your choice to be your provider. All providers are background checked and trained in State of Arizona requirements. Providers are available 24 hours a day, seven days per week to meet all of your needs.

Attendant Care (ATC) 
We assist individuals in maintaining safe and sanitary living conditions, while providing personal care and assistance in activities of daily living.

Habilitation (HAH) 
We provide outcome-based training to help each individual achieve personal goals outlined in their Individual Support Plan. This increases their independence and self-help skills while building self esteem.

Respite (RSP) 
We provide relief for the primary care giver while supporting the emotional, physical and mental well-being of each individual. Respite is designed to give a family the break they need.
