"This company is wondering in hiring anybody with all kinds of disabilities. I am a totally deaf person and ILS has a deaf client for me to work with as a respite, we have a wonderful relationship. Also the staff at ILS are good about keeping me informed on what is going on in the company and often email me with the latest news when other agencies don't.
