Starlink Services

Starlink Services was established in 2006 by Registered Nurses with years of experience dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities.

Starlink Services offers training and resources that empower individuals and their families. We promote and encourage self-determination by teaching daily living skills, provide support for making life decisions, and treat every individual served with respect and dignity. We take pride in enriching the lives of the individuals served.

Starlink Services is dedicated to providing the best possible Home & Community Based Services (HCBS). We are also a trendsetter in providing Adult Developmental Homes (ADH) for individuals with developmental disabilities. Starlink strives to find the right fit when we are seeking to place an individual into an ADH. We are looking for families in the community who are willing to open their doors to an experience that will change their lives by providing a loving home for an individual with disabilities. We will be by your side every step of the way through the licensing process.

(HCBS): Provides Home & Community-Based Services which include Respite, Habilitation and Attendant Care for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. These services provide temporary relief for the primary caregivers, one-on-one life skills training and assistance in maintaining a safe and healthy living condition.

Our Caregivers provide social, physical, mental, emotional support, training, and supervision for adult individuals with a customized living plan.
