Guild Care Group, LLC Guild Care Group, LLC is owned by Ms. Debra Komarnicki, a registered nurse from New York.  Debra has long recognized the difficulty some parents face in finding appropriate housing for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.  As a parent of child with special needs, Debra has had to personally deal with such challenges. In her quest to improve her daughter’s life, she recognized the need for homes that provide a high level of care, while also providing a nurturing, fun but structured environment with staff that love what they do.

Guild Care Group, LLC currently has two group homes: Catherine's Home in Scottsdale, Northridge Home in Mesa, and Phelps Home in Scottsdale (Phelps Home will be open by fall 2017). Guild Care Group also is DDD contracted to provide the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) in the State of Arizona.

We understand that our members require various degrees of medical and personal attention.  We know that in addition to these needs, they deserve an enriched quality of life that makes everyday life enjoyable.  Within this framework, we have developed and structured our homes to offer both a safe and comfortable environment and to ensure our members have access to a premier lifestyle in the community.Guild Care Group offers group homes that focus on those individuals who require:

• Nursing supportive services

• Wheelchair accessible with adaptive bathroom facilities

• Staff who are fluent in American Sign Language

• Homes for the younger adult
