Y.E.S. The Arc

Y.E.S. The Arc offers programs and services that support and enhance consumer independence, self-esteem, mutual respect, value and diginity. Opportunities, programs and services are designed and developed in partnership with consumers, family members, fiduciaries and community members. These programs and services are provided through comprehensive residential settings and community-based systems that recognize and supports cultural diversity.

Y.E.S. The Arc's Day Program provides many training opportunities. A variety class options include Money Handling Skills, Handwriting, Reading, History, Science, Math, Cooking, Computers, Physical Fitness, Music, Dance and Art.

Y.E.S. The Arc works closely with the Division of Developmental Disabilities and Rehabilitation Services Administration to provide employment opportunities for the special individuals we serve. These programs provide Community Placement, Job Coaching and Contract Work.

The Arc Performing Arts Troupe. Several community events throughout the year showcase The Arc Angel Choir and Less More & The In-Betweens band. Please check out our events page for more information on upcoming performances.

Y.E.S. The Arc currently has five Residential Homes located in Cottonwood, Arizona. These homes are the current residence for sixteen of our consumers. Located within a one block radius of each other the homes are able to interact not only with the community, but with each other. Each home hosts events throughout the year for all of the residents to participate in.

Home Management Training which include shopping, menu planning, cooking, cleaning, budgeting and laundry.

Y.E.S. The Arc provides transportation to our Day Program and for Employment Support Services. Areas served include Camp Verde, Cornville, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Lake Montezuma, Rimrock, Sedona and Village of Oak Creek.

Y.E.S. The Arc provides access and supports to many recreational activities. These activities include sporting events such as softball league, bowling, basketball, and swimming. Special events include concerts, plays, movies, dinners and professional sporting events.
