Handlers provides a therapeutic, beneficial, and healthy environment where individuals can feel safe and welcome and make quality decisions that impact their daily life. It is our mission to promote an awareness of the unique culture of persons with disabilities and to continue to promote our participants as embedded, valuable members of the community.
Description

We are a non-profit organization designed to serve the needs of developmentally disabled adults throughout the Tucson area. We offer day treatment and training programs which focus on self-help skills, daily living skills, community integration, and some work place skill development, which foster the highest quality of life and enjoyment for our participants.
We currently have specialty program sites focused on specific needs such as visual impairment, special medical needs, leisurely life style choices, vocational training, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and our newest exciting program which will focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders.
