Ivy Lane Pediatrics specializes in pediatric home care, most specifically, those with long-term high tech needs. Our patients receive specialized care from nurses and certified nursing assistants specifically trained on the pediatric population.  Ivy Lane is equipped to address concerns related to pediatric care and provides clinical staff with appropriate training and experience.

Our office can provide care up to 24 hours/day to meet our client’s needs. We provide one-on-one nursing and CNA care to children in the home and at school (where permitted).   Ivy Lane provides in-home, skilled private duty nursing, respite care, and home health visits as needed, allowing families to better manage their everyday lives.

Some of the services we provide are:

Private duty nursing, respite care, ventilator management, tracheostomy cares G-tube care and feedings,  long term infusion therapy, oxygen equipment management, medication administration, nebulizer treatments, CPT vests, ROM, splinting, home health visits, skilled nursing, personal cares, and more.
