If you have a disability or other barriers to employment, Goodwill is dedicated to providing the opportunity to achieve personal and economic independence. Our comprehensive programs and services will help you to develop the self confidence, training, experience, and assistance in securing vital services to become job ready and employable in today's competitive labor market.

You are the primary individual responsible for developing and directing your own individualized employment plan with the assistance and support of your Employment Specialist and other members of your services team. Goodwill's Employment Specialists have education, experience, and training in working both with individuals with disabilities, other barriers to employment, and with employers in the areas of job training, assistance securing employment, job-site training, and job support. Goodwill is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in the areas of job development, job-site training, and job support. Goodwill does not currently maintain a waiting list for any of its programs and services.


Jobs Plus

Jobs Plus provides "hands on" long-term supported employment to help you find and keep a job. Our Employment Specialist will help you identify your needs, develop an employment plan, and develop a career path, starting with a job that fits you and your skill areas. Once employed, we provide job-site training and long-term job support. Employment opportunities can be here at Goodwill or with other businesses in the community.

You may be eligible for a referral for these services through the Department of Economic Security. Individuals who have a documented disability and require long-term job support are provided services that are paid by the funding source. In order to receive services you must have a documented disability, require long-term job support, and be referred by the Department of Economic Security (DES) Rehabilitation Services Administration or Division of Developmental Disabilities.

These services are paid for by the funding source and are available at our Flagstaff East, Flagstaff West, Sedona, and Cottonwood Good Neighbor Centers. List of Goodwill Good Neighbor Centers.
