Beacon Group Desert Oasis

Beacon Group provides services to people with a wide variety of disabilities. We offer programs that support people with disabilities as they develop valuable life and work skills. People served through Beacon Group have several program choices and numerous employment opportunities and experiences. To help you make these choices, we encourage you to visit us.

We provide a variety of employment related programs, as well as the education and socialization necessary for our clients to lead meaningful, productive lives.

Our workshops offer local businesses assembly, packaging, collating and document shredding services. We also employ offsite work crews that perform grounds keeping, clerical, assembly, automobile detailing, food service and custodial maintenance.

We provide person-centered services that focus on community access. An individual service plan is developed to help you increase their independent functioning and personal/social skills through integrated community setting and activities.

Services are provided to adults with developmental disabilities and focuses on training, supervision, therapeutic activities, and other services to promote skills development in independent living, self-care, communication, and social relationships.
